Blink Icons

I am building Blink Icons, an original set of 351 icons drawn on a 24px grid with soft corners and round ends. Every icon comes in Line, Duo and Solid, ready to copy as SVG or React.

How it came together

  1. The challenge

    Free icon sets tend to look either sharp and corporate or cartoonish, and mixing them breaks a design. Blink gives a product one consistent, friendly set to use everywhere, in whichever weight the screen needs.

  2. The approach

    351 icons across 18 categories, each drawn once in three layers so one drawing makes all three styles: outlines that are stroked, tinted or filled, open strokes, and details that cut out of the solid fill. The site lets you search, change the stroke, size and colour, then copy SVG or React, download a PNG or grab the whole sprite. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.

  3. The result

    In progress. Already in use on this portfolio and in Sampay.
